Youth Employability Hub
Shrewsbury Town Foundation is in partnership with the Department of Work and Pensions delivering a Youth Hub.
Youth Hubs are a national government agenda aimed at tackling the issue of unemployment amongst people aged 18-24.
The programme delivers a creative and innovative approach to the agenda.
Its central interventions are:
High-quality one-to-one mentoring
Motivation and confidence building
CV and application writing
Interview skills
Group sector-based employability activities

The programme is delivering outstanding outcomes; halfway through the third year of the programme, 98 young people from across Shropshire have secured employment.
